  • How long is the commitment? Can you cancel any time

    • From my experience you can cancel at any time. They setup direct debit so you have to make sure you call to cancel that if you don't want to continue otherwise they keep sending them.

you can cancel anytime. it was previously on $40 off..
was going to try it but it was 1 meal/day not two meals. you can purchase twice the amount but you would be stuck with the same meals, so i passed on it.

plus - you can download the recipes from their archive

i did that and went shopping at my local grocery store.. ozbargainer style :p (yes it ended up being cheaper)

So i am confuse. What is the minimum spend and what do you get for it. And is this a subscription base sort a thing where they keep charging you until you force them to stop?

  • Just found it you can cancel at any time.

  • I'm pretty sure this 30 dollar voucher is for new Households only as well.

I like hello fresh but was given a 30 dollar voucher a little while back but wasn't able to use it due to that

  • Check out where they deliver to before you sign up. I got a $30 voucher but can't use it as they don't deliver to my area.

  • There is a $40 voucher available - check old codes

I posted previously about them on the deal posted last week , in the hopes that people know what they might be getting themselves in for …

Their subscription model is terrible, and they continued to charge us and deliver food despite cancellation a week earlier than necessary. When we tried to let them know that we weren't happy they were very rude and sarcastic over the phone, and literally said "too bad".

Absolutely the worst experience we've had in a long while. The food was generally quite fresh, however there were items including main ingredients missing in more than half of our boxes - and again, we received excuses.

I'm not going to neg the OP, but I'd do more than neg the company if I could…

hello! this is too expensive overall…

  • Ordered and waited all day for nothing…. order didnt arrive and no call or communication. Will stay with my current provider

  • Heres another $30code-HFIC2992 , I am unable to use because not in delivery zone.

  • Here's another $30code-HACP3282 - received this in Brisbane

  • I've used them for a bit. This is worth it in my opinion because of the time savings, the freshness and the fact that I don't have to decide on what I'm eating. It's all healthy and supposed to be 20-40 minutes to prepare. I make a 2-person meal and take the rest to work for lunch next day.
