Are they the same company as Stan Cash? Their website design is just similar to each other, but when I completed my transaction via Paypal, I'm paying to Stan Cash instead of Billy…

  Just a follow up, when I purchased from them, the product page says its "in stock" however, until later today told me that it's sold out. Very disappointed with this experience.
