    shipping to sydney 2000,
even with weak AUD, still cheaper than https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/136782

    • +3

Thx OP, gonna buy one ! ;)

      • +7

Don't just gonna, but buy now think later.

        • and yes, android authority rules! :D

  • Bargain, very tempted.

  • -1

Anyone tried this before? is this for basshead? cheers. very tempted!

  • +2

Thanks OP, bought one just because it was Harman Kardon >=D

    • +2

Me too.. I'm pretty sure I cannot afford Harman kardon stuffs until last night. Lol

  • +1

    Damn you OP, temptation won.

    • +4

haha yeah, so so many ozbargain headphones

  • +1

Very tempting. I currently have the Creative Aurvana Live over-ears and 2 fairly good IEMs. Difficult to resist these Harman Kardons at this price but does anyone have any experience with its noise isolation? I don't want people around me to be able to hear what I'm listening too.

    • +2

people will definitely hear what u are listening if u go above 70% in volume on a train.

    • Why ever not that's half the fun of the morning commute gone. Actually make that all the fun of the morning commute gone.

    • -3

Not to be a smartarse but they aren't 'IEM's', 'IEM' stands for 'In Ear Monitors'.

      • +3

Yes, but your point is? He never said they were IEMs.

  • +1

    Damn you OP, damn you!!!!

  • +1

I will miss out, due to i hate on-ear headphones.

    • i wanted over the ear but most of them are bulky i have small head so maybe this will looks good.

  • +2

Damn you OP, I have an ATH M50, which I bought b'cos I wanted it and a Shure SE215, which I bought because I wanted it. But this, this I bought b'cos it's HarmanKardon and it's 70% off….. OzB can really damage the bank account.

  • only 20 bux off by the looks of it, typically around 80 bux…

Hijack alert: Anyone know anything good looking to spend about 100 for my daughters xmas gift…

    • Where have you seen these typically around $80?

      • +3

camelcamelcamel, has been 80 for the past 3 months.

Anyway, 25% is still a good discount.

  • +6

I seriously need to filter out headphone deals on this site. I have at least 15 pairs of headphones.

    • +2

as long they are all different brand, i think its ok haha
you will become a good reviewer

  • +3

I had a listen to this, yeah ~$60 is about right, wouldn't pay anymore.

  • FYI
will end in 7 hours ie 6pm sydney time (more or less).
be quick, not all the time amazon can ship directly here, at USD12, not too bad.

  • +1

So very tempting, but consistent comments about comfort (or lack thereof) have saved my wallet. I was contemplating these for long haul flights but if people are experiencing discomfort after 30-45 minutes, they ain't going to work too well!

  • +1

When u go Bluetooth u never go back

    • +2

      +1
i have one over the ear BT, and one sport BT. its just soo comfy - expecially with the sport BT i have (plantronic FIT).

      but this is $80 H/K :)

  • +3

Someone here please give me a reason to not buy this!!!!

    Currently own 8 other headphones.

    • +2

scroll up, there is a guy own 15, so there you go, beat him!

  • +2

Darn you OP (T-T) before I knew it I was filling in the shipping details.

  • Looks like a lot of complaints about comfort… Wondering if a big head guy (62cm) should buy this!

    • this come with 2 different size of headband, but ymmv.
      still, good for xmas present

    • +1

Because they are made with quality thin plate stainless steel band, you could carefully stretch these to fit. Just do it very steadily and carefully. I have done this successfully with more than one set of headphones. I don't know why people don't try this more often with suitably metal band headphones.

      • Thanks, I will might just wing it at this price! have a few hours to go…

  • Bought 3, thanks ozb

    • what for?

      • +4

        Probably for juggling

  • How do these compare to Parrot Zik? Anyone got any input?

    • +1

comeone, you comparing with bluetooth and over the ear.
also the price range is completely different…

      but here:
      http://versus.com/en/parrot-zik-vs-harman-kardon-cl

      • Wow, 5 times the price on Amazon!

        • search ozb there was a time where COTD or someother shop sell them for much cheaper i didnt get it because it is bulky and heavy

  • +1

    So ugly!

    • +1

No! This would look nothing at all like sticking a box of matches on each ear.

  • +3

Multiple Amazon review saying that prolonged use (over 30 mins) and they can feel the clamp on their ears. This is a common theme for on ear headphones I'd say, but more of a problem with these than usual it seems.

  • My shiopping is charged at 14.76, how did you get $12?

    • im in sydney nsw 2000. all are in USD

      Estimated shipping & handling
      $12.76
      Total before tax
      $72.71
      Estimated tax to be collected

  • +3

Price has gone up to $88.00 now for me.

    • +1

"Deal of the Day from Amazon has sold out, but item is available from other sellers"- thats probably why!

      • +4

        thats all folks.
thanks to ozb, sale ended 1.5 hours earlier.

  • +1

    Hasn't expired.

Coming up as $77 shipped to where I live in inner Melbourne. Still not bad.

Anyone got these that could give a short review?

    • +1

Eh? Pretty sure it's showing 77usd excluding shipping now, during promo it was 59.90 exc ship

      • +1

$77USD including shipping is showing for me now.
        $59.95USD on
        http://camelcamelcamel.com/Harman-Kardon-CL-Precision-Headph…
would be with shipping as the link to Amazon works the same.
I am confused over the original posting with "USD $59.95 + USD $12 ship."
(I think this should be including ship. )
The discount is now 69% over the original price.

  • Has anyone had any updates on their orders yet?
    Mine says:

    Not yet shipped
    Delivery Estimate:

    • Mine:

      Preparing for Shipment
      Delivery Estimate:
      Wednesday, October 29, 2014 - Monday, November 3, 2014

      • Thanks, received my shipping confirmation email just a few hours ago.

    • AUD 83 for mine with i-parcel standard; arr. Monday, November 3, 2014, by 8:00pm.
      Well found deal erwinsie, danke..:-)

  • For those as impatient as me, you can use the super long Amazon tacking ID and get the equivalent AusPost one through Trackitonline.ru. I then put that AusPost tracking number in the Aftership app so I'll get notifications whenever the status updates.

  • Received mine today, very impressed. Thanks erwinsie!

    • lol… i ordered first but you got it first??? amazing amazon

      • I got a notification this morning that it was out for delivery. Delivery within a week, pretty impressive! You can check with AusPost (see my post above how to get the tracking code). I now remember I did pay $2 extra for Expedited Shipping though.

    • +1

Shipping says Expected: Monday, November 3, 2014, by 8:00pm
Tried 17 digit on Trackitonline.ru ie: AGSxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with Destination: Australia + Service: i-Parcel (tried auspost too)
      and received:
Data about your item not found or error in request.
Same error with "Autodetect Carrier" on that page.

      Code registered fine with tracking.i-parcel.com
"Current Status: Exported i-Parcel and in transit to country of destination"

So translation to local tracking has not been successful this end, unless something else should be entered for standard i-parcel from Amazon?

      • +1

My Amazon tracking # is 29 characters, starts with: 997001607BJ780902801xxxxxxxxx
In fact, there's an easier way to track it once hits Australia, just put that 29 digit number in here:
        http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html?id=997001607BJ7809028…
It will recognise the 29 characters but it's only the bold part of the string that AusPost is using: 997001607BJ780902801xxxxxxxx

        • mine is same as daver, starts with AGSOAK40000xxxxxxxxx, and i have the same result as him.
          …….
Delivery estimate: November 3, 2014 (More about estimates)
1 package via IPARCEL Track your package with tracking number AGSOAK40000xxxxx
          …….

        • @erwinsie:
Weird, my Amazon order page says the carrier is "Aussie Post". Perhaps our beloved AusPost is their premium carrier for those who pay extra? Anyway, the Amazon ETA is probably worst case mine said 30 October by 8pm at the end.

        • +1

@erwinsie: try tracking it using this https://www.i-parcel.com/en/

  • All received.
    Great looking.
The sound is hmmm, very average.
But I will look so damn good in Starbucks with these.

    • more gloria jeans in sydney atm, so you can try them too :)

      • Maybe they'll sound better there!

    • Agree, it's kind of average. I'm no audiophile but when I first put them on I thought my HD201's did a better job. But then again it was plugged into my laptop output.

  • Arrived today. Not the biggest fan; pressure is like a vice. but meh were cheapish
