Holly f…., the T&C list make me feel dizzy!

Might as well have a list of the inclusions instead, probably shorter.

        Good thinking 99!

  • +4

With all those exclusions there's nothing to buy really

  • +3

shockingly 8% off RRP? Correct me if im wrong, as far as experience goes, you can only find 8% discount in DSE in OZ, while out there in the world the discount is at least 20% of Below RRP already.

Also to mention. Their 20% discount on Panasonic TVs have disappeared. Pretty bad marketing!

  • +2

    Gaming preorders :{

Too many exclusions to even bother, The few things I am looking for are all excluded

  • +4

This is not a thing anymore.

Looks like a FURTHER8 exclusions have been added to the list.

  • who buys iTunes card at 8% discount anyway…

    • Aren't they like buying cash though? I've heard tales over the past 5 or 10 years about people managing to snap them up cheap and then selling on ebay at full value (well it is what they are worth)

I guess it must be profitable, even with the fees?

      • You can sell anything to dumb people.
Don't know why anyone would buy at full price on Ebay something you can get in b&m stores at a discount all the time.

And re: buying cash, no it is not because cash is a hell of a lot more liquid than iTunes cards, especially when iTunes cards can only be used for iTunes store.

JB HiFi gift cards are not buying cash either for similar reasons.

Buying a Visa debit gift card is closer to buying cash because it is accepted in most places that accept card and can easily be converted to real cash.

Pfft, boring. I will only be shocked if it does not have any exclusion at all.

  • Like most of their other codes they're limited to the first 500 sales, and those all seem to conveniently happen before 9am.

    • Typically Dick's limit to X number of uses would appear to not actually be in place from experiences with previous DS codes.

Are you sure you're not just logged in? I just successfully applied the code. Or perhaps trying to apply it to an excluded product?

  • forum please

  • I just applied the code to an Asus T100. It came down to $445.63 (inc shipping to Perth).

It says it excludes Asus Notebooks but perhaps it doesn't exclude tablets? Maybe it's just an error. Time will tell.

    • Must be okay. It just shipped.

    What !!!!!!!

  • the exclusion list is ridiculous!

  • Why even publish a further 8% discount if it excludes pretty much all of the things they sell. They might as well put all the stuff thats not excluded and put them in a 8% off bin

    • Might be trying to get rid of the old stock they cant sell.
