Nokia / Monster Purity Headphones HD WH-930 $49 ($249 RRP) + Shipping/Free Pickup (Parramatta NSW) @ MobileCiti

110

Saw the post for the in-ear version of the headphones (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/167985) posted earlier.
I hit staticice and lo and behold at the top of the list for the same price was the full sized headphones.
Cnet Review wasn't too great http://www.cnet.com/au/products/nokia-purity-hd/ but..a bargain is a bargain.

I suspect these headsets will be discontinued as the Microsoft Store US has the in-ear versions for a mere 30 bucks.

  • Although the RRP is substantially inflated, it is currently the cheapest i can find atm.

    • My thoughts were exactly the same. A prime example of price anchoring.

Checks on eBay showed people trying to flog them off for 100+ still so…. Thought I would post anyway.

  • Just what i was looking for!

  • it's pretty good actually not sure why the bad reviews. been using mine for a year (got it from mobilecity when they had 50% nokia sales for $35 delivered) and i am really happy with it. It definitely works with android phone to control my music) the earcup is comfortable for whole day listening. the music quality itself is pretty good. the bass is nothing to shout about but it's still ok and the sound is actually clear and crisp

  • A pretty decent pair of headphones, overpriced at 249$ but a bargain at 49$.
It has two cables inside, one of them is working both with android and a macbook.
Unfortunately, personally I found them very uncomfortable. After half hour of listening my ears hurt like crazy.

  • wow. they are really nice looking headphones.

  • Got mine yesterday, definitely worth the Dosh, premium end build quality.
