  if its like the other ones i think they restock the keys daily/hourly, plus sometimes the servers get hammered and it says theres no keys when there really are (or i could be thinking of another game give away)

    I think they really, really ran out of keys. I hit the refresh button at exactly 6 seconds past the hour and the website tells me I have to wait for another 60 minutes.
    
    EDIT: I got it. I got the keys.
