I'd be guessing no. Some of the 18650 torches have a fairly wide body and come with a 3x AA or 3x AAA adapter, but looking at the dimensions of this one, I reckon it's too narrow for that.

I got a 700 LM bike light the other day and it is way bright .. this must heat up like the sun.
Couple of Q's it says 'max brightness' is this just to cover slight variation in the LED or is this torch adjustable in brightness ( and therefore runtime on a single charge).. what is the running time on a full battery with full brightness?

Don't know about waterpoof for diving (never dipper it in water)? Water resistant yes :) Will light up tree's 100m on zoom with no problem. I don't know how good the bike holder is (hope that it will not fall out when I try it).
