Interesting question on the splash proof ability:
Q: By "splash proof" do they mean you can take it in the shower? Or does that just mean that it's sort of water resistant?
A: Yes, I have totally jammed out in the shower. Getting the dot very wet, and it continues to work great. I have also dropped it in the lake for about ten seconds while canoeing and its still bumping!
