Do any of the shops that do PS4 trade ins publish on their website what prices they are offering for trade in or do you have to go instore and ask ?
Specifically I'm wondering how much a copy of Alien:Isolation will get me against another game

No. You'll have to call or visit. Trade in values change all the time depending on supply and demand.
