    *Excludes Apple

    • shame.. i am after a ipod nano.. hoping to get a deal..

Oh well, these sales are always like that, excluding apple from the list

      • They can't, markup on Apple gear is not even 20%, hence why you never see apple stuff heavily discounted anywhere.

  • +2

Wish they had more on the site. Would have been nice for some more WII U stuff.

It's not every $100 is it? So if you spend $300, you get $20 off

Hmm. One would assume it's $20 off per $100 spend, but the wording doesn't make that very clear.

$20 discount off the total purchase price

        • -1

That's a pretty crappy discount then. Especially when they say you can make 10 transactions in the cart and go all at once.. for a discount of $20. Why would you want to do that? Wouldn't you get more if you paid separate as long as each one is over $100?

It's not near on the same level of discounts on other ebay deals. This is an outlier compared to the 15% or 20% off codes.

          @lostn:

Multiple items from the Participating Stores may be purchased in one transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction).

It's a back to school promo. Allows up to 10 cheaper items to be bought in one transaction to get the total up to $100.

The offer applies to 5 transactions per person during the Offer Period.

If you've got more than one $100 item to buy then get them in separate transactions for the maximum discount.

If you're thinking about buying a Dell laptop or deskptop, use one of the codes in Dell's official website from this website:http://www.ozdiscount.com/merchant-Dell-vouchers-deals-6926.html

There are codes for 12% discount for purchases over $999 and 15% for over $1499. Much better deal than $20 off…..

    Not happy at all.

I went through the cash rewards website and went to purchase something from the Officeworks ebay store, there were two of the item I wanted left(3 had been sold). I went all the way through buy it now, entered the coupon logged into my paypal to pay for it and then I got an error saying the item was no longer available. I found the listing for the item and it says officeworks had ended the auction early, even though they had still only sold 3.

What the hell? Is this worthy of negging this deal since officeworks seem to be actively removing items from their ebay store so they can't be purchased?

    • +3

yeah… looks like officeworks is removing all the none school related products off their ebay store! bad move officeworks!

    • +1

Check if the items being relisted. There's a few cases of it happening above.

  • The Officeworks WD 2TB Passport for $149 ($129 with $20 discount) seems to be about the best deal, especially for the coloured versions. I wish they had the Elements versions for even cheaper.

  • Officeworks has started relisting items again. I just bought the item I wanted earlier with the discount.

Hello, I'm new to ozbargain. Just wondering about cash rewards. Are they worthwhile? Is the cash reward usually paid? Thanks

  • I would have done this but Officeworks won't let you pickup the item, so adding $40 to ship a desk to save $20 doesn't make this offer worth it. Wish they allowed pickup via their ebay store.

  • +3

On the first day of this promotion I added a Toshiba 64GB Flash Drive to my cart and kept it there hoping something else would restock. The following day at 3:27 am the flash drive was taken down, and a new listing made at 5:49 am with a $10 increase. It's still $35 in store, on their website and in catalogues. I wonder how many other times OfficeWorks will stoop to tactics like this during the promotion??

  • Business killing there own reputation by offering no deals.. I don't get it.
Surly they could use the sale opportunity to increase stock turnover. Idiots.
