Another day, same DSE discounts :(

Look at that exclusion list. It feels like Dick Smith is shafting us again.

    • +5

Why is Dick Smith always so hard when it comes to exclusions?

      • +5

It looks like we got the short end of the Dick.

        • +4

With these deals, it feels like Dick is beating us instead of us beating Dick.

  • +6

When the exclusion list is longer than the on sale list, she ain't a deal :P

  • +7

I'm pretty sure anything bought using one of these codes, Dick Smith then add to the exclusion list the next day :p

I tried to use the WACKY20 on the Vodafone Nokia 630 @$99 but it does not work. I cannot see it listed in the massive exclusion list. Any reason OP ?

    • +1

I think in past deals 'prepaid' phones are excluded but not 'unlocked' (outright) phones

  • +3

I don't think I have ever blocked any seller from my Ozbargain feed, these same DSE deals everyday with different code has me seriously tempted to get rid of them!

  • is this the lowest it can get?

  • WACKY 20 + 2 x Chromecast bundle + $2 item (e.g. this) = 2 x CC for $40 each.

Not the best but there hasn't been a CC deal in a while…

Yes, I've tried it and yes, the 2 x Chromecast deal works with the code. Whether or not your order will be cancelled is another question :P

Gutted I missed out on the Pebble deal before Christmas - none of the recent deals get anywhere near the $79 it was then.

Dat exclusion list.. whats the point!

    • +1

Yeah that exclusion list… That's just too much, Dick.

  • I bought seagate 1tb potable hard drive for $79
    It's good to me

  • +5

They should just list the inclusions.. That would take up less space.

With all these take XX off XXX sales, I am starting to think that this is just normal retail prices…

  • This soundbar plus blueray player: http://www.dicksmith.com.au/soundbars/sony-muteki-soundbar-b… with a $2 item is pretty good for $260!

  • +3

I stopped ordering from these guys. I just don't have 6-10 hours to chase up a refund when they keep promising to deliver then decide they're out of stock.

Just to assist all products within search parameters (low to high):

    99 - 299
    300 - 400
    500 - 999
    1000+

Note: This does include all products, so the ones excluded in T&Cs are here. It's up to you to check that out! :)

    • +5

Someone give this guy a medal (exclusions apply).

      • +2

hahaha PS. Just an FYI - I'm a gal! :)

  • +1

I don't know if you guys know this but you could always go in store and ask for the lowest price. I have done this for a multiple items eg. kindle paperwhite next gen $165.50. I would post the receipt but have no idea how. It was cheaper during christmas, so check previous prices and current sales and compare?

    • +5

Yeah but that's only when you actually need something and you aren't impulse buying due to Ozbargain, lol!!

  • +1

    What an annoying deal.
