          @SBOB: Fine. You and your Ozbargain poopsi drinkers continue to suck on poison. If you think that challenging the validity of this 'product' is pointless, then it is. But, beware the long-term effects of excess weight when you aren't even 30 years old (OP, and likely all of the sugar addicts on here who go nuts over Cadbury chocolate discounts). He is going to be battling his obesity for the rest of his shortened life. Then, take that along with all the unknown causes of cancer which may be attributed to poopsi next in 15 years time. I'll just help foot the health bill which inevitably comes with these kind of freebies. Sugar free; nutrient free; landfill free; health expenditure NOT FREE! people on here are pretty ignorant, in general, really.

          @Debravity:
          Thank you for you FREE comments on my puffy face, shortened life expectancy and obesity. At 6'1" and ~80kg, I'm definitely in the extreme unhealthy weight range. But I will be sure to keep drinking Pepsi so you can keep financially contributing to this declining Western society of ours.
          Just so we're clear, I too think puffy-faced selfies and sugar are the leading cause of this societal decline - it's got nothing to do with courtesy for our fellow man.
          Crap, where's the sarcasm font button??

    I wonder if it tastes like Slurm Original.

  • Makes no sense to me why this product exists at all. I don't want to drink something that has 30% less sugar in it than normal pepsi, I don't want any sugar at all - so I go for pepsi max…

    they should just use 100% stevia if they want this product to have any raison d'etre whatsoever.

    • they likely don't due to the taste the stevia adds to the drink…if it tastes this poor with only a 30% component made from stevia imagine how popular it would be at 100% ;)

    • Part of the reason for it is that the usual sugar substitutes you get with pepsi max/diet pepsi and the coke equivalents can stuff around with your insulin and glucose tolerance, wheras stevia doesn't (or at least is so far thought not to).

      A lesser of two evils? Who knows
