Every day between 12pm & 1pm - Virgin Blue has a Happy Hour where they got bargain airfaires - one time they even had $1 tickets!

Beware of $1 tickets as they often do not include taxes and surcharges. $1 + $39 tax and surcharges.

Well, I’ll still consider $40 ticket “cheap” :) But it is true that advertising them as $1 ticket is misleading.

Is $39 tax fixed on all tickets? What about the surcharges? Sorry too lazy to check it out :)
