Thats because they ship it to the nominated store from their warehouse
Still, they should swallow the costs in the ticket price. Like paying a "handling fee" for tickets bought online and delivered as a PDF to my email.

You cannot compare sending emails to using couriers to send something. I think they should change how the whole click and collect works. I had to wait 10 days to collect my last order as it came from Melbourne warehouse. So stupid.
@praga: Sure, but there's no way to avoid the cost, and no variation to the cost depending on which store you get it from. It's a mandatory cost, and should be included in sticker price.
@batiudrami: There wont be a cost if they just process the whole order at the selected store like every other company does instead of shipping to the selected store.

So far I have found the game tedious and I am only about an hour in! Hopefully it improves.
Apparently the opening is pretty bad but it picks up a lot after that. Stick with it!

I find the levels (especially the castle) fairly generic and uninspiring too. There's really not much variety to the combat — the enemies are humanoid, with a little variation in troop types. The presentation is also fairly tame for what seems to be a fairly bombastic, over-the-top game. The stealth is also one of the game's weaker points.
No xbox one tho?
