Will the router works as an Adsl2 modem and whether it works with legacy wireless device ?
It's just a router. You need a separate modem.
It's not a modem router so you'll still need to use the modem to bridge to this.

Interesting I've got my number from D-Link forum although 128MB RAM has been mentioned in many other places.
Got this (in black), it's a pretty decent router.
But… eww, red. No wonder it's discounted!! :-p
