  • Nice one Trent!!

i'm waiting for the nice people around here to start posting individual deals… yep, that's how lazy i am!

    • +2

      At least you're honest! ;)

  • +1

If i use the code C15FATHERSDAY, do i have to make a purchase of $215$ to be eligible for the $50?

    • +2

      curious about this as well!

  • BEM820 with its 15% off, plus $50 for next month to spend.
I did it via a link from airline, so I qualify for FF points on eBay purchases too.

  • Awesome. Just in time to buy a clothesline and hoses for a new home. Used the C15FATHERSDAY and total was just over $200. Read the T&C and it doesn't say anything about it "not in conjunction" with any other offer. So, fingers crossed!

    • +1

You might have overlooked #16 in their T&C which says, "Not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay coupon/voucher"

      • FARK

        • -1

you should call them up and double check!

@BlazinPast: does eBay has a hotline??

          EDIT: Trying now!

        • @John: Yep, they definitely do. Lemme know if you can't find it. A lot of people are wondering if you can use the $15 off discount

        • @John: How'd it go?

        • -1

@BlazinPast: Been waiting patiently for 15 minutes as I'm being transferred to the right department. I'm tempted to just leave an email!

        • @John: I've contacted them a dozen times before as I used to sell on eBay. You'll be waiting at least 20 minutes to get someone to pick up. I wouldn't recommend emailing as they usually don't understand the question and takes them over a day to respond.

        • -1

@BlazinPast: I gave up. Can't be bothered. Dropped them a pretty straightforward email, I'll wait for a reply. Haha

        • @John: I think they may have a live chat too but I can't remember

    Samsung 850 PRO 256 GB - 158$
    After 50$ Cash Back + C15FATHERSDAY + 4% cash reward

  • This would be a $200+ cart right? IE doesnt have to be a single item?

    • +2

From their t&c, maximum of 10 items can be bought per transaction.

    • +3

      Cool story bro

    • why can't you buy today? It's already started…

    • +3

I think there are some good calendar deals at Target.

    • What do you mean? You buy something for $200, and get $15 USD off - so thats roughly $180. In July, you can use a $50 coupon. So in total you're getting a $70 discount.

      • Wouldn't it need to be $200 after the USD 15 off? i.e. buy something for >~ AUD 219.02.

        • Yeah I'm not too sure actually. For example the other ebay deal says $15 off when you spend $100. But I'm pretty sure you can use it at $100 and get the $15 off despite it lowering the cost down to $85 (even though the deal says you have to spend $100). So I'm not really sure unless someone asks eBay about it. Not much time left though, about 2 hours until that deal expires.

    • WTF are you on about?

    • Huh?

  • Anyone know of any good portable hard drives through this deal?

  • Do they email you the voucher straight away or in July?

Also, anyone try using the $15 off code for a transaction below $215 as it would bring it below $200?

  • Has anyone actually received confirmation of the voucher after purchasing? There doesn't seem to be anything to suggest it at the checkout stage.

  • So if I want to buy multiple items that are above $200 each can I purchase them in separate transactions to get multiple vouchers?

Then if I have 3 X $50 vouchers, can I use those multiple vouchers to purchase an a single item? For example purchase $150 item - $150 worth of vouchers = $0?

    • +1

T&Cs say only 1 $50 voucher per user id.

  • Will be a better offer if its a cash discount rather than voucher (only valid for 1 month)
Anyway, still not a bad deal!

  • Any recommendations for NAS box

  • If say you purchased an item of $200 and qualify for Te $50 voucher, can you then spend another $200 and again qualify again or is this voucher limited to just one.
Also it says it will end when voucher limit is reached I wonder when this is one when we know and how do you know when you have purchased this item you will get it and not already ended

  • +4

Guys, just saw this in their T&C: Not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay coupon/voucher.

    • Well I guess that settles it. OP should put a warning in the post so people don't miss out because they used the voucher. Or it could be saying that the $50 voucher cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher, so not sure.

      • I think we are not allowed to use voucher in the $200 transaction in order to get the $50 voucher.

        • +2

Could mean the $50 voucher you get is not to be used with other vouchers.

Intel has international warranty. All processors are covered for 3 years by Intel. As to where the processors have to be shipped, Intel has depots around the world but you'll need to call them for the relevant information

I don't think you'll have a problem with processors as they very rarely fail, and given that they are tested prior to shipping, the possibility of receiving a defect or DOA processor is very slim.

GPU's and memory on the other hand have a much higher probability of failure.

Lets hope they give us the voucher, has anyone ordered anything and got some kind of message to say they have it,there is so many to go around how do you know you have it,you have qualified and you will get this when they say,as i can order an item and its going to cost me $15 on ebay delivery where as i can save this $15 and pick up myself but,the main reason doing this on ebay is to get the $50 vouncher,so in the end i will get $35 extra as i will have paid $15 for delivery.
I would hate they come back or say i did not get it etc when i could have paid $15 less and used pick up.

  • Pick up a Intel Haswell Core i5-4590 for AU $257.04 from Kogan
    Thanks OP

Can't believe I waited for an item to get reduced on eBay from one of the listed companies it got listed on there site as was reduced from today and sold in 30 mins, could have got it but was trying to gain the $50 voucher through eBay resulting in not getting and selling out, annoying they can't reduce eBay items same time as there sites.
Pretty annoyed if you ask me if this eBay promo was not even on offer I might have not missed out, grrr

  • Has anyone gotten their voucher yet??
I'm scared that because we used the fathers day coupon that we won't recieve the 50$ voucher….

    • The vouchers are not issued till the 1st July I believe (as per the OP).

  • Has anyone tried the C15FATHERSDAY or BEM820 today?

    • +1

BEM820 is a Breville Mixer, not a coupon code.
      And C15FATHERSDAY has expired.

      • Thanks. No SSD for me then…

    • +1

You could try CTWENTY instead though.

  • are there any bargin or normal price item
I am trying to look for router, laptop or windows tablet but every thing is more expensive then the cheapest ebay deal

eg Asus RT-AC87U $344 . but there more then 10 shop on email selling it for $280

Netgear R7000 $288 . $190 from other ebay or shops

    Netgear R8000 $374 …. $266 every where else

the only deal i can find is the ASUS RT-AC68U for $241.00 . PCCG normal price $215 +$15 post . but other ebay $226 free post so i guess pay $15 more for a $50 voucher

    • I don't think you got that voting system right. The vote is for the deal which is spend $200 get $50 voucher…

on the other hand, whether you can find a bargain or not, it's totally up to your own effort… can't assume it will be $50 off the best price in town now can you?

      • I personally dont think it a good deal - and just a time waster as most thing have been marked up. you end up paying $200 for thing that are really only worth $170. they are not even the standard price ( or online) or current other ebay shop are selling them for .

        • +1

If your a true ozbargainer you will do your research, there are def deals to be had, you just need to know what good prices are

        • @TRENT86: But thanks for taking the time to create this post - I hope someone find a discount

        • +1

@billyboy402: what I would do is we have around 3 weeks to spend the $200 and get $50 voucher so that's 3 rounds of dick smith, good guys and Target catalogues, as you know their catalogue item pricing is also on their ebay so best to keep an eye on them :)

        • @TRENT86: that a very good point . I wish telstra was on the deal or harvey Norman

    • Netgear R7000 - $199 + $10 Postage - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/231560256458

Would have been decent with the Father's Day $15 promo (if in fact you could use it in conjunction)

  • -4

238+ 0- (that only because Neg are been removed) How is that fair???? I think my Neg should stand .

Most the products have been market up more then other Ebay seller or even the seller own online store even when you add postage+15% ebay fees

Buying $170 worth of item for $200 to get a free $50 voucher
Using $50 voucher to buy some thing that is only worth $30 later down the track

If you manage to miss the voucher or use it = not a bargin
If you manage to use the voucher you have just spend $200 for $200 worth of item = no a bargain

But thankyou OP for taking the time to post this

    • Yeah PCCG's price increases are pretty crappy.

      • -2

I haven't found any thing that is cheaper or same price (inc postage) on anything ( mostly look at I.T). Even after you minus the $50 discount .

I am sure that in july after the EOYS every thing will be more expensive then current price . Nice advertisement/marketing for ebay . I am going to take @TRENT86 advice and hopefuly next week there some nice dicksmith sales

  • Can any one find any windows tablets with Office - was trying to find some thing to get a free copy of office 365 + current Microsoft cash back

    • Dick Smith have the colourful HP Stream, but it's a laptop.

Otherwise I've been eyeing off the HP X2 10.1 at Bing Lee, but I don't think that comes with Office.

      • I was interested in the HP Stream, but the screen really let it down. Screen is very dull. Even the Acer that is selling for less than this has better screen.

  • I wonder if the purchase of $200 must be made on ONE participating store, or can be made on multiple stores (in one eBay transaction)?
    Does anyone know?

    • I agree it's not clearly stated in the actual T&C's, but the text below "Step 1" here does say "Spend $200+ in one transaction with participating sellers", so I'd say must be with one store in one transaction.

      • +1

Thanks for answering. But I think you can add multiple items (from different stores) into your cart and pay them in ONE transaction.
I just want to buy some toys for my kids which are available from different stores.

        • Ah yes, I didn't realise you could do that with the cart checkout! In that case you should be fine.

  • taking the $50 voucher into account the PC CASE GEAR Compute $241 or Compute knock off $219 would both qualify with free shipping to boot and yes I know can get the Compute from MSY for $229

  • How do we know if this deal has reached 15,000 coupons?

    • The offer will commence at 10.00am on 10 June 2015 and end the sooner of either 25 June 2015 or once 15,000 eligible purchases have been made, eBay will notify customers on the offer homepage of http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/Hump_Month once the voucher limit has been reached.

  • Still unclear as to whether I can use a coupon and still be eligible …

    • I was wondering the same, the t&c states "Not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay coupon/voucher."

      • Could be the $50 voucher though.

    • No as I was told :(

(AGENT) Manir: I regret to inform you that you will not be eligible to receive the AU$50 voucher since you already used a voucher for this purchase.

The terms and conditions state in the area about redeeming the $50 voucher that you cannot use it in conjunction with any other voucher which is logical as you can only enter one voucher code for a discount. Ebay cannot say that transactions that used a voucher but still spent more than $200 are not eligible as the intent is clear in the terms and conditions.
