You usually have to go through whatever your ceiling is made of into a beam or bearer or something strong, the gyprock itself won't be able to support it.

Your ceiling needs to have ceiling rafter beams for support.
If your home is metal frame you will need to have more support to install fan to.

Yeah it works but as it's click and collect only driving the 1000 odd klms to pick it up may just offset the price a little :-P

I don't know about this specific store, but our sale price is much lower than Masters price which is $199.
This is part of our end of financial year stock clearance and we ship anywhere in Australia.If masters pricematch $70 from chullora store then i guess its would be cheaper.
