    I have one the 75cm hardcase american tourister in turquoise and I love it. It's so easy to see it coming as well. I paid about $180 and it's $109 with free shipping.. never seen it so cheap before. There are some other really great deals on there too.

        The price seems very reasonable, the reviews I've found on the net are really favourable and on a lesser note I like the aesthetics of these knives better than Scan-pan and Global knives.

          Hey Phoenixx, I also bought the Schmidt knives and received them the other day. I was pretty excited about them until I opened the box and discovered it was damaged. The block base was half hanging off (ok, easy to screw in a fix) but the wood has scratches and hairline fractures on the front, plus the clear window is scratched. I'm going to contact Myer when I get some spare time. I hope your set isn't the same??

          Luckily it's not.

          I did notice that the box had been opened before as the "factory seal" had clearly been pulled off and stuck back on before and there was not three pieces of sticky tape on the box. I took a video of everything after that just in case the knifes had been used etc. Luckily everything was perfect inside.

          Pretty dodgy of Myer though.

          I'm glad yours arrived in good nick. I contacted Myer yesterday and they're happy to replace it. The seal on mine had been stuck back down also, certainly didn't expect that from Myer.

          @OneMoreTune: I bought the knives and mine had been opened and the block was damaged. It also had the "three pieces of sticky tape on the box". Took them into the local store and they replaced them without even checking the damaged block. I guess the sticky tape was enough proof.
