    The website is woeful. Here are some hints:

    • Register your account before going to the Checkout.
    • Change the Currency to AUD
    • Make sure you enter the 5% off code AFTER clicking the Paypal button.
    • The 5% off code will be used even if you don't complete your purchase…frustratingly.
    • The voucher is used for the mandatory 5% discount on love.

    The key was delivered instantly after Paypal payment as a zipped .jpg file.

        Check your spam folder for an email with the subject "Serial code". Mine arrived between my order complete and order processed Emails.

      • Check your spam, I literally received my code as soon as Paypal finished processing. It was within minutes…

        • nah, unfortunately paypal went through, but i have lodged a ticket with them. Nothing in Junk or deleted items :(

      on the page where you make your payment method choice it is in the bottom left. Make sure you have selected your payment method first because when you click submit to validate the coupon, the ability to change your payment selection disappears.

    Thanks OP, registered first then purchased key. Downloaded the key straight away, the only hitch was getting a zip file app for my phone to view the jpeg with the code. Everything worked as advertised and the timing was perfect,it expires in a week.

          Whenever I purchase an online code I activate it as soon as possible. Mostly because an online code is really easy to fake and if there is something not quite on the up and up I prefer to know instantly than 2 weeks after the fact.

          @Daztro: good point, but you could always type it in, confirm its real and redeemable and not activate it.

          Your only concern from then would be if the reseller realizes you are yet to activate and re-sells your code again to someone else, but with this many people commenting success I would imagine your safe with these guys.

  • I have already used a prepaid gold subscription which is due to expire on January 2016. If i bought this is it going to extend it to one more year(Eg;Expiry will be Jan 2017)?

      I had 6 months on mine with an expiry of 28'th Dec 2015. This increased it to 28'th Dec 2016 for me.

      Yup sure will. At that price I grabbed 2 of them but didn't realise XBL had a 3yr max subscription. First code went worked perfectly but I cannot use my second one for a short while until I'm under that window. How long are XBL prepaid codes valid for you to enter them and use them once purchased?

      It worked, second one took quite a while to process.

      For those that have never registered or have a trial available I registered for the 30day trial first then added the live code and the 30day trial was added.

      Don't worry, it's only normal since you bought so many. Yes, 3 is considered 'so many'. They'll just triple check everything then release your order.

      • Yeah I've logged a ticket, I'm sure it'll be cleared up soon. 3 codes for the same game would certainly be suss, but 3 codes for XBL is pretty reasonable.

        • No idea why I'd be negged for that.. but OzBargain can be a strange place. Anyway, They resolved the ticket and sent me the third key, which worked just fine. I now have XBL Gold for 3 years.

      Edit: Submitted a ticket as if you read their FAQ, order should be Completed to get the key. Backordered should they be not available immediately but should get within 24 hrs I think. Nothing about processed. Afraid their system may have stuffed up or after making paypal payment supposed to go one more step which I may have missed to complete the order.

        • Found out what processed means. Payment received but still awaiting Telesign for authorisation. Last time buying from this place as it seems they have too much issues with the things they use to try to identify fraud. See link below for what each status means.

  • Wow, what a terrible site. I felt hesitant going through the payment process and that was justified as upon return from PayPal an "order declined" message was displayed but they've still taken the money from my PayPal account. I've submitted a support ticket so hopefully they'll resolve it soon…

  • I just bought one with my Paypal. Order Status showing "Detected Fraud". What the hell ?

    • Do your account details e.g.: name, etc match your PayPal details? If not, it's probably anti fraud protection… Did you contact customer support?

      • My email address is different from paypal email. But it shouldn't matter as i use my onlinekey login.

        • Submit the ticket 2 hour ago but no response yet. No support contact number or email address. Poor service.

          @ozyboy: From their FAQs. Ticket support time 24 hours. Their business hourz 9-5 GMT. Hopefully later today we will get some response for the tickets. Pretty bad website since quite a few people are having issues with their orders.

    It worked fine for me early this morning, so perhaps it has been much busier during the day, so it has taken longer/is detecting fraud due to higher volume of orders, so maybe they just need to go through and check the orders prior to sending codes out. Just a thought.

    I ordered early this morning and still waiting for the code.

    I also had difficulty ordering. It wouldn't let me select any other payment option other than Bitcoin so I had to quit out and sign in again and it worked with Paypal.

    However, I got an email saying my original order (the stupid Bitcoin one)was still waiting to be finalised. I can't seem to get it out of my cart!

    • yep, when ever i log in it says there is a bitcoin invoice or whatever, but i went in and ordered 2 keys through paypal and it all went through paypal correctly, still got 2 tickets waiting to be auctioned, not very happy at the moment to say the least

    wow ok I just received my key about 9 hours after payment went to redeem my key and it says it has already been redeemed… Not happy, I hope they can resolve this quickly

          I got both those emails, but I also got another one titled 'Serial Code'.
          The key was an image inside a zip file attached to that email, maybe check your spam folder if you didn't get that email.
          You can also log into your account on the website and go to 'My Games', there should be a button that says 'Get my keys' - clicking that will download the zip file too.

          @Relmz: i found it in my hotmail. my account was registered with a gmail. dont know what happened, but at least the key is valid.
