5 Seeds Crisp Apple Cider Cans 10 Pack $12 @ Dan Murphy's QLD

540

10 pack of apple cider, 1.3 standard drinks for $12. I thought this was a pretty good deal, so here you are. Available in store and online, no member card required. Just cheap alcohol.

Possible QLD only? I picked mine up from Macgregor's store. The employee changed the price right in front of me yesterday.

Weird so if i add to card using QLD location and delivery in NSW i can get it $12 for 10 :) although delivery kills it

        • @Mikinoz:

That's because they are gonna win tonight!!

    • +9

Hells no. Anyone who enjoys alcohol is alright by me.

  • +2

Prefer 5 seeds out of the bottle or tap for some reason. The cans tasted funny.

$20.90 in SA, what a rip

Just got a price match at First Choice. Staff rang it up as $9.95 for a 10 pack.

Problem is, I bought 2 x 10 packs as I didn't want to commit to a larger quantity before sampling.

Now if I buy more, chances are I will pay $12, an increase of 20%. I don't know if I will be able to enjoy them knowing I am paying 20% more than I could have.

Damn you pricing error, DAMN YOU!!!

  • last 2 slabs for $36 each, thanks OP

With a MyDanMurphy's membership (free), you can get a 10 pack of Monteith's Canned Apple Cider for $15 - if that's your thing and can't get a hold on this.

    • +2

That's a great deal - I like Monteiths. It's not the sickly sweet stuff. If I remember right it's a dryer style cider - tastes like an apple not apple flavouring & sugar.

    • +1

Yes, I'm loving this. It's a far better deal, IMO.

  • You'd have to pay me to drink these. Bollocks Wash.

    • Literally. This sh-t is HEINOUS!

Oh dear gawd it's so awful, possibly the worst 'cider' I've ever had. Actually, definately the worst. DONT BUY!!

      • I agree. What do you think is better then? I mainly drink Somersbys but want to try something new.

        • My opinion is somersby is too sweet. Have you tried some boutique ciders. Custard and Co make nice cider but it does have the price tag to match.

        • @campinghunter: sounds interesting. I quite like pear ciders, a bit more refined than the standard apple.

Apple and Ginger sounds like a great combo. Now to save up to buy a 12 pack haha

        • Somersby too. But it is more like juice than other ciders.

  • Showing as 19.90 for my queensland store (north lakes)

  • good deal but no stock in my all closest suburbs…

  • Pity about the price in Vic

  • Bought some in Noosa. Had 3 cans now, & agree with comments above……, this is not a nice cider.

  • +4

FFS it's cheap cider. What did you think it was going to taste like? Does the job for me.

    • Relax, maybe you should have a few more…. Was just my Opinion. I would not buy it again, but am fine paying $12 so I could try it.

    • -3

Calling canned goon "cider" is quite insulting.

  • I don't mind it occasionally, wouldn't buy a case though.

  • No stock at The Gap despite what the website says

  • Wouldn't buy again, tastes like a cheap nasty wine but at almost a $1 a can it was worth a try.
