You don’t need to be confused. If you are running a business, you will know some customers will never be satisfied. The guy who bought the media player on 21/10/09, we already give him full refund. The problem is he create his own movie file with a special codecs, which is not supported by the media player he bought.

Here is all negative feedback we got in the last 6 months. Please have a check.

It doesn’t have the LED backlight. The screen is 15.6-inch SuperFine 16:9 HD Widescreen TFT LCD, 1366 x 768 pixels (220nits Brightness, 350:1 Contrast Ratio, 60% Colour Gamut)

And we can post the laptop out today if you order and pay before 4:30PM today.
