How long does it take for eventcinemss to reply email inquiry? I sent them a email last Friday and still have not got a reply about an cinebuzz points issue, I tried again yesterday, they used to get back straight back next day, had same issue many years ago, had to almost spam them, would using Facebook help?
Facebook inbox them, they will either fix the issue from there or refer you to email with a reference number. :)
