Just recieved an email from Coopers saying that Dan Murphy has 20% off their home brew stuff until Fathers Day.
It looks like the price has already been reduced (i.e. no coupon required).
e.g.
- Traditional brew tins $9.99
- International brew tins $11.59
- Brew Enhancer #1 1kg $3.59
- Brew Enhancer #2 1kg $5.03
- Light Malt 500g $5.03
- 15 PET bottles $11.19

Brew kits doesn't look cheap @ $95.99

NB home brew isn't stocked at all stores so you might need to change your store location to find any stock.

  Just a random tip, if you are looking at adding some hops etc, a good online store is cheeky peak brewery. Good by-the-gram prices. Best I could find in half an hour of googling but if anyone has better please let me know!

      Big W has terribly overpriced, stale and old hops.

      Other online hombrew stores for QLDers include National Homebrew and Craftbrewer.

  Just came back from Aldi. They got a Coopers Brew kit on sale next week for $59.99:

  Seems to be the same one as Dan Murphy's has for $95.99, although I'm not 100% sure about that.

    Aldi one makes only 15L while the Dan Murphy's one is for 23L.

      Depending on where you are at, the 15L craft brewer kit is still pretty good. I have it, and much prefer doing smaller batches to try out new things, seeing as I don't go through that much beer.
