Should probably add that this is the Chinese version and does not support all of Telstra's 4G bands.

    • added thanks

    • I think it might be, depending how you pay.
I Got 2 from JD last week and they costed USD$ 135.99, when converted to AUD by Paypal it was AUD $192.8. Have in mind that JD only accepts Paypal payments, and the exchange rate it's a real rip off

      • when converted to AUD by Paypal it was AUD $192.8

You should select USD in paypal and let your bank convert it. Last time I tried even with overseas charges still cheaper than paypal.

        • 28 degree, citibank plus, bankwest zero….. set as bank conversion at paypal.

        • Fuc***, I didn't know it's possible to do that…
Thanks for the tip, I lost like $20 because of that.

    • Does this version support all of Telstra's 4G bands?

  • I was all for this phone the specs and price were spot on.

When I ordered mine during the recent jd deal, I was super excited.

During the first week, the screen became unresponsive on one side and basically had become useless.

The screen also seems to be made of some sort of cheese and scratches so easily it is laughable.

    • I read someone else had an unresponsive corner and fixed it by flashing another rom. Also, it doesn't have gorilla glass. Many people use a tempered glass.

    • Don't use the ROM comes with it and make sure put tempered glass on.

I bought this a couple months ago before unfortunately putting it through the wash a week or so ago…but I had the opposite experience as far as screen scratching. I never got around to getting a case and the plastic screen protector came off in a couple of days, yet I'm looking at the screen now and it is flawless, not a single mark, line or scratch on it, and that's after finding it at the bottom of the washing machine.

(and no, it does not work)

      • Looks like spare parts for someone needing a screen?

        • Ahaha you're not wrong, a fellow ozbargainer has already baggsed it.

  • I've got one. I had a TCL T6s before. Love the new phone! Same size as a Samsung Note

  • The network bands confuse me immensely.
I'm with Aldi mobile prepaid which I think is Telstra.
Would this phone work with my carrier?
    Thanks.

  • Can anyone who has received this phone comment on speaker volume and call volume?
Have read a couple of reviews saying they are not good.
