          As jackofspade said, check the account payment status.
          Mine failed at amaysim before due to cc failure, so then I bpayed. Then later told Bpay failed as it's less than $10. So then used Paypal option succesfully. Eeehhh! Lol.

          However, I'd success, just start again. Pick a new number, use new cc card, email etc…
          Much easier.

      The voucher is emailed to you within 24 hours after the SIM is activated. Log into your account and check the status. They probably sent out your SIM without pre-activation.

        I see so I need to activate then I will receive the voucher that's fine I haven't got my SIM yet

        Does it matter if I change to Bpay online before I receive my SIM card? At sign up I already paid that $5 with Credit card using that ebay25 code?

        I did get an email SIM card is on its way.

        I don't understand why some ppl get their ebay voucher before the SIM arrives and some need activation?

          Some sims come pre-activated, that's why they are receiving the ebay voucher before they receive the sim.

          Hmm okay. Their vouchers seem to be sent out in a random order. Some people seem to be ordering and getting vouchers within hours, others are waiting almost a week and still nothing.

          @h3h3: ill add that my accounts have automatically been activated and i used a spare amaysim sim to start using the data on the 1st account i purchased in a wifi modem.

          @h3h3: Well, i just live chatted and they informed me that the sim hadnt even been sent (even though the website had told me it was) because 'for some reason the system didnt like your address'. So i have to go buy one of the $2 sims. Told me the voucher gets emailed 24 hours after activation. I dont know what to think anymore.

          @McSync: if you get a new number and not port, amaysim should automatically activate the sim before it arrives.. (although i dont think it was instant)

          The rep I talked to said the eBay code will arrive 24-48 hours after activation, they didn't mention anything about not being eligible though.

          The code eventually showed up in my inbox today (this afternoon), which is probably 1.5 days after activating the sim.

          About the blank screen - that just went away after they activated; I reckon they might have forgot something on their end before sending those out :)

    I made certain to elect a new number- enabling amaysim to preactivate my AC.

    Ordered 7th and SIM received using the 3 hour delivery option. Activated 8th and got my ebay voucher today. Wonder if I can still get voucher if I activate after 9 Dec, say in January?

    I received mine today after placing an order on Sunday 6th. When I log into my Amaysim account it says "Expires 06 Jan 2016", which suggests it's already activated?

    I got my SIM from post today but I can't find anywhere to activate. Went to My amaysim and the account shows

    That's it no activation page?

    Just installed amaysim app which confirmed new number Inactive.

    Think I might actually prefer it this way. I'll be able to finish recharges off and then perhaps turn this into a porting application? Dependant upon what comes after entering serial 13digit in https://www.amaysim.com.au/my-account/activate?icid=homepage… once SIM arrives. Good till Feb to complete form, I suppose.

    Anyone getting a sim card a week later that's already activated, make sure you contact online chat. They will credit you the days that were lost. I was 6 days already in and only just received the sim and they credited $7.98 to my AS YOU GO credit. Bonus!
