LOL, I should never should buy anything without waiting for a TA bargain first! My new 16gb cl9 kit for approx $30 more arrived in the post today!!

I buy a SSD, its cheaper on a TA deal within 2 weeks! I buy a camera, DSE sells it for $300 less a month later!

OzB has some good deals, but you have to live with the buyer's remorse from your past purchases too!

Yup the most painful side effect is when you see something cheaper just a few days later.

Happened to me with the recent AirBnb coupon :( Just few hours apart too.

When I bought this kit for double the price I thought 16GB would be enough!
    Now tempted to get another…

    • Unless you're using RAM intensive programs eg. Photoshop, 3D or other editing programs, then 16 is more than enough. Save your money for another bargain.

      • Agreed, but I'm running photoshop, lightroom and several VM's at once so I have to shut things down to run others…

    • Id have 24 gb ram if the heat sink wasn't in the way lol

  • But.. But… I had 8gbs of ram! Thats enough!!!

I remember being stoked years ago when I bought a 32mb chip for $60..

  • Does anyone know if I can put CL9 RAM with CL10 RAM?

  • Price went up :(

    • Damn. $83 USD now.

Definitely a bargain IF you want Ram of this size and speed however I wouldn't personally buy this. These kinds of speeds are 3 years old maybe more? My personal opinion would be to get a 2133 set for around $60 bucks more.
