I spotted this a couple of days ago online, and had one delivered (extra $7.20) as I was holidaying in a remote area.

Saw them in stock in Lismore yesterday as well.

RRP is around $70, so an absolute bargain if you need a second 'controller'.

  Nope, that's a bluetooth guitar.
  
  The console versions are all the same guitar with just a dedicated dongle that's specific to each console.
  
  The iOS version has no dongle and works over bluetooth

I see the Xbox One guitar is still full price. Would the others work for Xbox One, or are they different?

  I don't think so, as rekuhs says above. Different dongles for different consoles. I haven't seen any legacy hardware from the 360 that will work on the XB One.
