Sennheiser Momentum on-Ear (Green) $70, Urbanite XL $223 (+Bonus $100 EFTPOS Card) @ Wireless1

120

Pretty damn cheap for the momentum on-ear. I'm not too sure about the sound quality, but it seems to be relatively popular on ozbargain so feel free to shed some light if you own a pair.

The urbanite XL is also available for $223 delivered with a bonus $100 eftpos card via redemption, for those who missed out the Bing lee deal or couldn't get it price matched else where.

  • They were $59 at some stage. Maybe from Officeworks, so not the cheapest we've seen.

    • $63 from officeworks a while back, managed to get a pair for my sister. Sounds is good but not as good as my HD25-II and for some reason not as loud (ie I have to raise the volume on the player to get the same volume as with my HD25-II) with it at $70, not so worth it at full price

  • do you mean 223?

    • Yes, I do. Looks like a mod changed the price, I've changed it back.

  • They are great if you wear glasses (on ear). I got mine for $98 dollars at Harvey Normans and they are unbeatable when under $100.When Sennheiser released them they were considered a development of the HD 25 with tuned metal earcups instead of plastic, the reviews indicate the over ear model sounds better than the on ear.

    • cheers.. yeah i wear glasses and i find many press.. i have a nice over-ear pair of yamahas for home and for travel i use the klipsch reference ones which are good but not the most comfy.. interested about these

  • Still $125 for the Momentum and $349 for the Urbanite XL on their ebay store.

  • Thanks op, the momentum is fashionable enough for the boss!
