Purchase one (1) or more of the Participating Products in one transaction from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase) and retain the product packaging and store receipt from their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase);

including entering their full name, phone number, email address, postcode of residence and the last four (4) digits of the barcode from their Qualifying Purchase.
