lol..I see. If it works, I don't think I will post this on a Friday night.

"Communicating" with someone whom I sees as potential, i.e., sending to and fro standard questions. She sent me a smile first.

My membership expires on 23rd and don't look to renew it.

          Hopefully this last match works.

@Son of Matrix: I feel you bro. None of us would be here hunting for bargains on a Friday night if these things worked. :(

        • @Son of Matrix:

$11.95 Per Month for 1 Month

If its for only 1 month, it isn't really 'per month' is it.

    • I think it means if you join this month it will be $11.95 per month

      • I am afraid Olokun is right. Maybe it's just for renewal. It says:-

If you are going to try E.H. be sure to use paypal to pay for it, so you can turn off the recurring biller feature at paypal. Eharmony are notorious for dipping into your wallet. As for how well it works, I did 6 months there and finished up in November, I'm now sanding a 79 Ford back to bare metal as a more enjoyable pastime. I found it, at times, mortifying.

    • -5

Maybe it was more that the women found you mortifying ?

      • +5

Around half the female profiles are long gone. E.H. doesn't remove your profile when you terminate your account. They also removed the feature " active in the last … days" last year. It's like a giant ghost ship.

        • Not good then. I thought they'd be way more professional since they've been around for ages OS and have a reasonable reputation there. My mistake looks like.

    • +2

can you tell us some of these mortifying stories please?

      also, what sort of ford?

    • +2

Was it mortifying when they asked you for a second trick?

    • Better yet use a prepaid credit card.

    • -1

Try fetlife instead. It might not be to your taste but it's free.

    • So you scratch cars in your spare time??

Can I neg this for people who are fooled by the pseudoscience of sociological algorithm matchmaking?

Eharmony is a scam. Do not touch them. Immediately after signing with them I was flooded with spam email. Contacted them to tell them that Either their site was not secure or that they had onsold my email address. Got a generic reply saying that matches were not guaranteed WTF?
Oh and the matches were in Melbourne or Perth (I'm QLD). And I suspect they were fake profiles
Only way I could cancel direct debit was to put a block on OS transactions on my credit card. They bill out of the US
Save your money for a coffee date with a real person!

    • Don't know about here in Oz, but they're very big in the US and Canada. Been there for at least 10 years from my memory. They use to advertise all the time there on TV.

Just go to the supermarket and give prospective women the "double eyebrow raise", your success rate at this will give you a rough idea of your chance of success in eharmoney

    1. Buy eHarmony on sale
    2. ????
    3. Enjoy 30 different types of Snu-Snu for the next 30 days
  • BUT!!… you can find love on here!!….

    FOR FREE lol

  • the ladies on RSVP are better than eHarmony ;)
i think the ladies I get matches on Tinder are working together… they always ask to me click on some link for some coitus.

Tried eHarmony few years back and it was obvious that they were pumping it full of fake profiles to try and get you to subscribe. The number of matches that were ideal fits for me was crazy and unlike any other dating site I had been on, but alas I couldn't talk to them without paying their crazy fees.

Depending on your age Tinder can be worth a crack (I've had a few dates off here with girls that weren't just after sex) and there is also Plenty of Fish which is free.

  • Why not just meet women the normal way? N chat them up at bars n clubs? Work on ur real life game. IMO the quality girls on dating sites have a ton of guys already msging them. $11.95 for a lay aint bad though. But its not guaranteed.
