  • Not really a deal if is for existing customers only AND will be automatically sent out.

    • I guess there are other road side assist options now so there is more competition in that area. I see it as a deal

      • Free with AAMI.

        • Interesting with their term and conditions please do not break down in area where they do not have repairer or tow truck and during peak hours where traffic congestion or if there is storm when you need them most when something happen to your car.

There's extensive terms and conditions. Basically you have 30 days to redeem the voucher at one of the eligible cinemas.

  • I didn't remember to renew on time and retentions called me. So probably to try to save some of that money

Though my renewal is due in June 2016, I tried to renew today to avail this offer, but got an error message:

  • I need to add a second car. My old legacy plan is around $85-$90 but they want to hit me with $110 for 'classic care' for the extra vehicle.
Has anybody successfully added an extra car on the legacy plan?

    • Cancel it and go with RAA. It's not tied to a vehicle, but the driver. I've already confirmed with them you don't need to live in SA.

      • We have two drivers and now, two cars. So not sure that helps, but thanks, I'll look into it.

  • dont rely on this to arrive. i love nrma and their service have been a member for years. they have rang me several times offering things like this. they never arrive and when i follow up they just keep saying there was a mistake they will send it and never do. i don't feel ripped off because its not like i paid extra but just don't actually count on it to arrive.
