    Yeah I reckon they have technical difficulties. At one stage all their sunbeam products were $0. Teething issues. They should probably invest more on their web/IT development. Rolling out a half bum website would not win any confidence - especially being an "online" company, you hardly spend on bricks and mortar!

  deals direct and oo.com.au are Ozsale now except you dont have to sign in/sign up to see the items

  Seems to be no consistency in model height. One of them is either 175cm or 187cm, but they all seem to be between 185-187cm. And wearing medium at that height point.

  They haven't sent an item I ordered 2 weeks ago. When enquiring about it I was told it 'would be looked into'. Follow up today and get an automatic response saying that they are under new ownership and that the email address is no longer monitored. Their number isn't connected any more either. So good luck to me getting my order. Luckily I paid via paypay and will lodge a dispute.

  I loved deals direct and had ordered heaps lately, but avoid like the plague people. Worst service ever.
