Changing Proxy Settings on Acer Chromebook in School Environment

Does anyone know how to do this? I got the one from Amazon listed here about 3 months ago and it won't let IT untick the box to change them?

Any help would be great.

    Never mind I figured it was because I had Zenmate installed.
