Can it stay at this price please for another 11 months so I can buy it next January before I go on Safari in Africa and get the TRS back.

    Thanks!

Damn it, that's a good price - I've purchased several items from them, all at bargain prices, and all without issue (in case anyone else here is wondering).

    • I would love this lens to stay this price for another year too :-)

As an alternative, I have the Panasonic 100-300mm lens which served me very well in Antarctica and Africa. Unfortunately I bricked it whilst trying to update the firmware. Will get it fixed at some point. Worth a look since the zoom is amazing when photographing animals.

      • Is that the new Pro one, or the older version?

        • No the older one. The new one is 100-400 and 3 times the price!

  • All fixed :)

  • Would this be any good on a Sony A7R with adapter?

Won't work. Even aps-c mode is too large.

I have this lens for sale. I would like to get $700, I got just 500 clicks on it and is sitting in cupboard

    • Why buy a $1,300 lens for just 500 clicks?

      • Hey JetLi, why would you ask question like my wife??? Hate you :)

        • haha, your wife sounds like a smart woman! shame I'm not in the market for this lens.

    • Are you serious you're selling it for $700? I think there will be serious buyers for that price..

  • It has been this price for a while, I think since Olympus was doing the $200 cash back. Let's hope it stays there until another cashback offer!

  • its been cheaper during cash back offer

    • Yes, it was even cheaper when you could combine the cashback with the eBay 20% offer a few months ago. Brought it down to around $1000.
