Hello guys.
My Nokia 930 is dying on me and I need replacement. I decided to ditch Windows phone and try SONY. I'm looking for Sony Xperia Z5 or Z5 premium but only AUS stock from legit shop. Cheapest I've found so far is mobileciti. They have Z5 for 888$. I'm not Australian so there is possibly a lot of shops I don't know about.
Anyone can help? Thank you.

If you buy from Kogan eBay you would be covered if there is an issue within the first 1-2 months though. I wouldn't buy from their own site unless my CC would have good money back guarantee :)
I was also after Z5 but after reading user comments from OZB and Whirlpool I gave up and chose Nexus 6P.
I actually don't know what I am missing with the Z5 but I am loving the 6P.l and it's the best phone I have owned, even better than my iPhone 6s+ :)
What did you read? I know a couple of people with Z5 and Z5 compact and they are all happy. Basically all sony users I know are happy. There was nothing what would software update wouldn't fix. Also those cracked screens with no reasons are a bit funny…
Anyway I don't want to be covered for 1-2 month I want proper warranty and be able to take it straight to Sony service.
I might have been too selective in my reading ;)
But I came to the conclusion that it was not my phone. I am impressed about the camera and the waterproofing but as it turns out past years I've gone with MKBHD's recommendations. So now I'm worried that I might later get the S7 edge :)
Camera is the most important and as water killed all my phones I would love something waterproof. I don't like Samsung and Iphones.
I have a Z3 which I loved… until the screen cracked for no reason about 14 months in :/ Out of Sony warranty and Virgin refused as they alleged physical damage caused the crack. Tried to escalate with reference to various articles and blog posts but got stonewalled. Gave up and got it repaired third party. They did a rough job and now the reception on my phone has dropped dramatically (house is a giant dead zone whereas it was fine pre-repair) :/
That said I hear they got rid of the random cracking with the Z5 and Z5 Compact?
That's why I want AUS stock so I can take it straight to Sony. I've never been refused warranty repair as I know what to say. I even got replacement on the spot a couple of times. I can be really annoying :D On the other hand I'm happy to change screen myself. Not a big job and at least I know it's done properly.
Not really worried about cracked screen tbh. I drop phones often so it will happen eventually anyway… The only thing is to find one cheap…
Sony Easter sale Z5 is 799$. Good enough. I'll order it tonight
My z3 is great although the aux bit stuffed a few weeks ago and cannot play music through that function anymore speakers are fine on the phone though.

Why specifically do you want a Z5 Premium as I consider it a waste of money vs. a Z5.
Unless you want to use it for a VR headset in that case the 4K screen actually has a large benefit.
Well just because the screen is a bit bigger and I like the looks. Unfortunately I had chance to play with one for a couple of hours and there is a lot of issues so I'll wait for x performance or something else. I'm extremely selective person…
