Hey Guys I bought a Kogan Mac Book Air 15 days ago,from Kogan eBay in their last sale, and it hasn't left warehouse yet.
Is this normal?

Kogan is the worst. They take forever to ship your items. The actual shipping is through DHL or Fedex which only takes 2-4 days but Kogan loves wasting time.
I had filled in my email address a couple of months back for a small product that was out of stock, they said when it's back in stock I would receive an automatic email.
So sure enough I got an email 2 weeks ago saying the product was now back in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. Wondering why it was taking so long, I went on the online chat yesterday and asked where my order was.
"Oh sorry, it won't be leaving our warehouse until 13th May"
When I asked why the hell they had emailed me saying it was back in stock they just gave me some bs reason about it was located in a different warehouse or something. I got them to cancel the order there and then, not interested in doing business with companies who pull crap like that.
Yeah they give the same excuse, "our warehouse will ship it as soon as it's received" how is it a warehouse then??
yeah they take ages to sort out the item on the warehouse side of things.
i bought an iPad air 2 during their last 20% eBay sale and received it last monday.
like another poster said above, the postage time through toll or whoever they used only took 3 days or something to arrive from HK, so once they finally ship it out it shouldn't take too long.
That's not bad haha wish I had received mine last Monday :P
I purchased a Mac Pro in the 20% off sale and was told that it shipped on Friday at about 6pm
How long did it take for you to get itit?
Roughly 3 weeks I think. Maybe a little more.
Did it take long to get the first dispatched email?
I wouldn't say it's normal for 15 days to elapse since your order… but from their eBay sale, it does take quite a while and from previous experience, there is quite a wait especially as their stock comes from Hong Kong I believe
