Kenwood DPX-U5140BT Double Din Head Unit - $159 Posted @ SuperCheapAuto

100
SAVE20

Was looking around for a double din head unit the past few days after buying a car, found this one significantly cheaper than anyone else.

It's usually $269, down to $179 for the next few days. Though SuperCheap also have a $20 off code (SAVE20) when spending over $99, which takes it down to $159. The next cheapest price I could find for this was around $195 online. Couldn't find any other brands/models anywhere near this this price (except for cheap imported eBay ones, and a weird Sony one that requires a mobile phone to properly use).

Shipping is free, though when I added another item to my cart shipping went up to $8. So it appears to only be free if you don't add anything else.

What do you mean with "only 40 more"? The one posted here is 159 and your link is 309

    • When the price becomes reasonable and this new unit becomes available, then it will be okay.
Only DAB+ unit at Supercheap Auto seems to be a Pioneer one as previously identified.

  • Just clicked on the link and saw it has bluetooth so plus from me. If you want more votes, put bluetooth in the title.

  • The newer DPX-5000BT was only $165.20 last week

  • Can anyone advise how you can know if this stereo can be used in a Mitsubishi Outlander (which has single DIN as stock but I think needs a double DIN if you want to replace)

    Thanks!

You will need to get a Dash Kit/Facia for your car model.

  • Can this be installed in Nissan Dualis?

  • I have had this model in my Mitsy Pajero NP for about 18 months now. Had to move the heater controls down lower and it fits in perfectly.

Can link pictures if someone wants to see it in a Pajero.

  • Have this installed in my car before I replaced it with the alpine headunit.
