  Battery lasts the claimed 8 hrs. Wished it had a clip for single ear use.
  As good as what the reviews say and nothing more.

  When it says Sold By: Amazon.com LLC then are you100% guaranteed that it is genuine?

  2 weeks ago I bought through Amazon from a seller in the market place for $145 AUD delivered. The arrived today and they are fakes/counterfeits.

  I just requested to return them to the seller today. So now I have to wait 2 business days for the seller to respond.

  My first time using Amazon marketplace. I thought it would be more controlled than eBay. I was wrong.

  I want to make sure I pick the real Amazon seller for this deal. I just been reading about how Amazon fulfils some orders but the stock is actually another seller and that fakes also come through this process.

      I just got a return approved by the seller (Sold by: Superhot) for the fakes I bought. So now I need to ship the item back to the USA for about $30 AUD (Auspost). Then wait until the seller receives it to get my refund.
      The good news is that Amazon will provide me with a gift certificate for the shipping cost to use at Amazon. So hopefully I am not out of pocket.

      Amazon support confirmed the ones for sale (Sold By: Amazon.com LLC) are sold by Amazon so they will be genuine.

        I read your comment on the other post earlier … Was wondering this myself. There seem to be a lot of fake for this product in the market.

        Hope you sort it out. I've never had issues in returning stuff via Amazon. Unfortunately it does take a while.
