T.M. Lewin All Shirts $34 & Free Shipping

2400
AUNIBA16

Seems like Ozbargain likes T.M Lewin shirts, so here's one using their FB ad for $40 shirts combined with a coupon code to bring ALL shirt prices down to ~$34 (from RRP $89.95 for non-iron shirts)

I'm unsure when either of the two will expire.

Step 1: Clear browser's Cookies
Step 2: Go to T.M Lewin and put an item in your cart
Step 3: Go to checkout and apply Coupon Code AUNIBA16
Step 4: Visit T.M Lewin site via this link Shirts should now display with $40 and Free Shipping.
Step 5: Add the shirts you want and order.

Remember if it doesn't work for you, start again from step 1. This method is heavily dependent on your browser's cookies!

Notes:
1) Cheers to "crazy horse" in a previous T.M Lewin post.
2) First post, so be gentle.
3) Also first time ordering T.M Lewin Shirts.

  • Went into Myers Doncaster to check size and Quality. Impressed with Quality
They had no 14.5s. Also no super fitteds on the label either. Tried 15s and fitted. Figured out 14.5 should be good for me.
TM Lewin online has a lot of 14.5
    so ordered 7 shirts
    Thanks OP!

  • Hi Guys, may be dumb question but if I have 39 slim fit from Van Huesen - should 15.5' - fitted should be similar right? I measured one of those shirt and it is 105cm chest size. Also, confused about sleeve length.

  • The bizarre omission of narrow straight-point and tab collars means that there aren't really any worthwhile shirts at TM Lewin for those genetically unfortunate enough to have round, full-cheeked faces.

Due to rising obesity levels and a culture that perversely embraces unhealthily large figures, supper-fitted shirts apparently sell in relatively few numbers, with the result that only one collar (the mid-width 'classic') is available.

A real shame, given the alleged price-to-quality ratio.

the options for super fitted are very limited, i am contemplating getting 'fitted' sizes and getting them altered.

  • Just died.

Does anyone know if this special offer of $34/shirt was a "system glitch" or was it genuine promotion which only lasted about a day or two as it has just expired now.

I bought a few shirts via this promo, would TM Lewin honour it?

  • nooooo ..devo. had a shopping cart with 6 shirts..and now all showing $60 =( =(

    • You and me both mate. Missed out by minutes!

      • I'm glad I bought three straight away when I saw this deal in case this happened. Went to Myers and got the sizing and cut I liked then came home to buy 6 more. Didn't end up getting it :(

  • Ahhhh I just returned 2 shirts instore (picked cufflinks by mistake) and was excited that I'd save a couple more dollars and get the right one this time…

  • :(
My shipping notice arrived and address didn't show the street number, but showed only street name.
I entered the street number in the house number or name field. Went back to check the order confirmation email and had the same issue. So emailed customer service to confirm if they add house number to the actual package. Haven't heard back.
Couple of questions while I wait anxiously - has anyone received the shipping notice? Did anyone enter your street number in this house number field while ordering?
Do they usually courier and can they track it and add it?
(Ps the house number field does not automatically show up, but only does when you miss a mandatory field)

FWIW, my order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails both have the complete address.

      • +1

Contacted live chat and they have emailed the courier company to update the address.

Hope we've all been this lucky!! I received this email overnight.

Hello and Welcome to T.M. Lewin!

Thank you for your recent order with us.

Due to a technical error on our website we noticed that you managed to get an incredible deal on our beautifully fitted, London designed shirts.

Normally we wouldn’t honour this sort of a discount as our shirts are of such amazing quality and value already! As you are a new customer however, and as we are so excited to have you on board, we’ve embraced your savvy opportunism and hope you will continue to shop with us, so we’ll allow it through. That’s how confident we are in our products and the fact that you’ll love your shirts.

Make sure you also check out our beautifully tailored suits, our stylish casualwear, and our huge range of accessories.

And don’t forget to visit one of our stores throughout Australia to get the best of British tailoring and menswear right on your doorstep.

    Thanks,
    Geoff Quinn
    CEO

    Thanks Geoff, and OP!

    • Yep got that email too - I know very lucky, most the retailers just cancel the order like the Bupa sunglasses fiasco or just jeans, etc.

How much do these shirts go for on normal sale price? It would be interesting to compare the quality to the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts (which you can get for $40-50 quite regularly)?

    • Got the same email. Nice touch from Geoff, I reckon. Makes me value their shirts more. Who else elicits a reaction from a CEO by buying some shirts in one of their stores :). Good marketing.

    • +2

Got the email as well, and have to say I must be a little cynical because I took the tone of the email to be more like "we just want you to know just how good a deal you got by emailing you, and telling you from the goodness of our heart we will let this order stand".

If there was no fat for them in this price they would cancel the order, simple. But the flow-on/fallout from doing so could cost as much or more in future sales, so I think they've done the right thing. Hmm, I sound pretty entitled eh?

    • +1

Same here. It's only an extra $6 discount isn't it? Not like we took advantage of some mega price error. Anyway, good stuff from TM Lewin regardless. Hopefully the shirts match the service.

    • Ditto. I bet they're as impressed as they say haha

    • +2

      Got the same email

Geoff, appreciated the email but send me the email when a technical error allows me to get the shirts for under 20 bucks each Geoff and then id be impressed!

    • Yep i received as well. Letter confirms what a great bargain this was. I bought a coupel of their shirts with an earlier promotion, the non-iron shirts. I am currently loving not having to iron my work shirts so much that I bought another 3 with this deal and will toss out some of my older shirts to make way.

      • Do they need a quick go-over? I imagine it doesn't have that true pressed look.

    • +1

Hope we've all been this lucky!! I received this email overnight.

Having a pretty good idea what these shirts cost them (of course I don't know about their 'running' costs) I would not be too concerned. They still have a VERY 'healthy' markup, even at $34 delivered.

  • +1

Wonder if tm lewin been browsing through ozbargain reading this deal haha

    • I'm sure they would. Their analytic would show the traffic coming from ozbargain.
That said, they probably finished dispatching all the orders before the managers found out anyway.

  • +1

Got the email and thought the same. Still a good deal.

How long does shipping usually take from these guys to Sydney?

    • +1

I got mine in 7 days.

  • +1

pretty pretentious email if you ask me, hardly a super deal, considering you can almost always get them for 40 delivered. I am tempted to reply back..lol

    • +1

ha ha now I'm wishing I bought more of them!!!

  • +1

    just got that email too

  • +3

Ha, ha, I got the email too. Now I know why, they got Ozbargained! Sent them back a reply saying how the shirts are even better knowing I scored such a deal.

For those worrying about sizing, selected Myer stores stock them, you can check on the TM Lewin website. I went and tried them on there. The problem with Myer is by the time you narrow down your neck size, sleeve length, fitting style, cuff style, you are lucky to find a shirt of that particular combination.

Thanks OP for reposting my scam from the other TM Lewin thread and glad it caught on and Ozbargain hit it hard.

    • +1

I don't know how to credit you properly but thank you once again for your method :)

    • +1

My order arrived today. Thank you.

  • +1

The shirts arrived today, excellent quality for $34 each

    • +1

hmmm i'm still waiting. were they shipped locally or from os?

      • Overseas. Takes about 7 days from when you get the shipping notice. you get a shipping notice? There is tracking as well. Otherwise get on their live chat and they should give you an update on order status

        • +1

Got a dispatched confirmation but there's no tracking on there.

Still no shirts here, I'm in Sydney.

        • despatch notification had tracking link for me. And it was from ocs worldwide

  • +1

Did others get their shirts delivered by Australia post? Mine hasn't arrived, wondering if I should check at the post office

    • Yes locally delivered by Australia post.

  • Is it just me or has TM Lewin deliberately slowed down the delivery of shirts purchased pursuant to this glitch? It's been nearly two weeks and I've not yet received mine - nor is live chat apparently a feature on the Aus website despite it advertising that method of contact.

    • I definitely chatted with them last week. So not sure if they have disabled it on the oz site since.

  • Wow the shirts are really good quality and a great cut. One of the better slim fits.

  • +1

Still no sight of my order. They say on their AU website that their customer service is open from 08:30-18:00 Monday, yet they list a UK number which, of course, means those times are for London (the opposite side of the timezone array).

  • Thanks OP. My husband loves his shirts. Wonderful quality and fit. Thanks again!

  • My shirts arrived yesterday, took ~3 weeks from Great Britain to WA.
