thanks for the heads up - yeah it seems the customer service leaves alot to be desired
thought this deal might be useful for those who were planning on buying from them anyway (at their own risk!)Not just their customer service, but basic inventory system.
It shouldn't take them over four weeks to let you know that actually their website was wrong and they don't have a certain item in stock.

I buy from these guys every so often, they've recently been having some nice friday deals. Treat it as if you're ordering stuff from China, no communication, takes about 2 weeks to get to you (if they have it in stock!) and don't even try contacting them. Pretty sad for an Australian business but yeah.
Are you me? I ordered Codenames, My First Carcassonne, Trains and Chicago Express from their some of their recent Friday Frenzy sales. I agree they have terrible communication and I swore off them about 2 years ago, gave them a chance again this year. I will note I have never had anything fail to arrive.

Yeah past experience with them was disappointing. Don't order anything you are in a hurry for and be prepared to keep pushing them to make sure it get's through processing and shipped out.
looks like they pumped the prices up. No bargain here.
Do not order from these lying scammers. They will say the order has been shipped, they will send out tracking info that is fake. I have alot of interesting emails from their 'service' department and from the courier company.
Further to that expect to lodge a dispute with your bank for a refund. They will acknowledge a refund is warranted however they won't process it.

Hope these two are ok also.Use some sort of buyer protection when ordering from them. A concur about treating them like a risky purchase from generic Chinese online stores. I've had a very nasty experience with my orders in the past. Be prepared to chase them weekly for updates about the order that are blatant lies.
Used paypal, fingers crossed. Ordered pretty pooular games so surely they'd have stock of them….

Yeah it was weird - I emailed them and they said it wouldnt be due for a week, next day I got a notice saying my order had been shipped.
Definitely something a bit weird about their CS team but the stock looks legit. I haven't actually opened them up to inspect yet but I would assume its all good..

I've personally had a bad experience also. The facebook page was the same until they deleted it.
Their online store is not run by the same people as the physical sydney store either, so be cautious.
