Personal experience: when you take your goods for warranty, after the job is done, they ask you to pay for the return postage to get your goods back.
They asked me to pay to get my phone back. They said if I don't respond by x days they'll assume it's abandoned product.

Yeah a lot of those overseas stores are like that. Cheap prices but just pray to god nothing bad ever happens to the stuff you bought. Warranty and all that, is a major hit/miss and a hassle.
DWI lol. Never again. $700 for 14 months use just out of warranty. Spend the extra money and buy from oz supplier.
