Just freshly bought a DI 2 Marvel starter pack for XB360 from Target for $10.
Would like to know if the Figures will work on the starter pack (technically, the base and video game) for XB1?
Besides, I really need some good suggestion on getting the 2.0 Marvel Figures, can't find a good price anywhere since
I missed the last round of Target firesale. Thanks!

Hardly any local store would sell them now, since they only stock 3.0 figures now. For reference, two weeks ago I bought two 2.0 figures for $1 each at Kmart. This is a sign that they all want it gone.
That, and the whole Disney Infinity franchise have called it quits after the last sets are released this year.
The best bet is to buy in bulk from Gumtree, as many are offloading their collections now. I personally would pay no more than $5 per character and pick up locally, as shipping prices are a killer.
Second option is to go to many JB Hi-Fi stores as they may still stock Marvel 2.0 figures - at $15 each. EB Games and Cash Converters may have some second-hand, but stock will vary wildly.
Any figure released for 1.0 and 2.0 will work (in short, characters from Star Wars, Inside Out, Zootopia and Alice Through the Looking glass won't work). If unsure, look at the back of the box, as it will tell you that figure's compatibility.
