Looking for a new TV
I am deciding between Samsung 55KU6000 55 UHD HDR TV and Samsung – UA40J6200AW
Anyone recommend which is better? (apart from size) are they identical? Also is there a 40 inch evq of UHD HDR tv around? Sorry, new to the TV game – any help would be great.
TV would be used for mainly gaming and streaming.
Im stubborn with the size, I think the 55 inch is too big but the quality is so good
I was hoping that the UA40J6200AW equiv to the 55 (spec wise) apart from size but you mention its lower fhd standard :(

On a 55" screen you have to be sitting pretty close to the TV to appreciate the extra detail that UHD provides. I would opt for a more reasonably priced FHD TV, and wait a bit to see where the UHD thing heads.
I would be close to it, for gaming :p
Love to wait but my last tv broke, so Im tvless for the last week or so… been tv shopping around, cant seem to decide yet :(

TV's get bigger the closer you move towards them.
heres a better 40inch thats 4K.the refresh is 100hz too (most cheaper tvs are 50hz)

by gaming , you mean Console?
not identical at all. one is the latest UHD HDR tv the other is the lower FHD standard.
but the big thing is screen size - 55 inch and 40 inch - thats a big difference. I would narrow down to what size you want first.
