    Bought an up-right freezer last time they had free delivery, and I am sure it is heavier than 20kg :)

      Same here, bought a portable air-conditioner (thank goodness considering today's weather) last time they had free unconditional site-wide free delivery. The shipping cost amounted to about 1/3 of what the air-conditioner costs.
