I emailed ACCC about Kogan

It implies they may have been watching the ebay sale from a couple of weeks ago, right?

And for those unawares, Kogan upped their prices right as the 20% sale started.

We have not made an announcement about a current investigation into Kogan, but as you are aware we have previously issued infringement notices against Kogan. The ACCC closely monitors businesses that it has previously taken action against, and can take more serious action if the conduct continues.     Seems to be a worthwhile cost of doing business for Kogan and others. Penalties should be raised and that money should be paid to consumers who were decieved about the purchase they made.

      This is true, but consumers still need to be aware of what they are buying. Just becuase it says 20% off doesn't make it a bargain.

    Can you do Royal Caribbean next?

    I love Royal Caribbean but their "sales" stink. There is ALWAYS a big sale on, it's ALWAYS ending in a few days, after which another big sale immediately starts, BUT the net price after discount never changes you never actually save anything.
