Can now vouch for T-Dimensions excellent service. Bought a G935F (Single SIM) S7 Edge from their website a couple of weeks ago. Arrived within 5 days. Absolutely hassle-free.

  • grey import too. Dual sim model

  • Posted from Honkers. Grey import

  • So what is the market price to grab this phone?

    • The grey import Dual SIM G935F can currently be had for around the $855 mark elsewhere so this is a reasonably good price. They were $867 at T-Dimension only 2 weeks ago and seem to have been dropping every few days since so not sure if that means they'll continue to drop a bit further still.

    Be careful with T-Dimension.

I must agree that their pre-sale service is fantastic - very quick to respond and deliver very quickly.

However, warranty service is absolutely terrible.

I bought an LG G4 from them last year and it has suffered the dreaded bootloop issue.

I have contacted them through Facebook, their 3 separate email addresses and eBay.

Their warranty notices advise me to email - I have emailed all 3 of their email addresses and have had no response in almost 2 weeks.

Their Facebook team tells me to contact them via eBay.

The eBay team responded to me but once I mentioned what the issue was, the responses stopped.

    • Well, its the downside of buying a grey import stock. But you get the device for 25% cheaper though. The safest bet if you want to buy grey import is with apple product, at least we can get 1 year warranty from apple.

      • You're right there…I'd always bought grey models until my LG G4 Boot looped…eGlobal make T-Dimension seem like angels…I'm coming up to 4 months without it…First time it was sent back after 2 months not repaired…hands down the worst warranty experience ever.

  • t-dimension is great. usually better prices then their competitors. Fast shipping (my last order took about 4-5 days to arrive).
When I received my phone last purchase, they had a slip in there advising that I could get $5usd cashback if I post up a review on their facebook page (negative or positive).

Had to do warranty with them once and turnaround time was around 2.5 weeks which is pretty good considering I had to send the phone to them (HK, they paid for courier shipping. courier arrived at doorstep to collect phone).

I would rate them higher then SE, kogan, etc.
