  • I stopped buying their shirts when they decided to start charging an extra $10/- (ok $9.99) just to have a pocket added to the shirt. Sheesh!

Seriously? I haven't used a shirt pocket in more than a decade and never missed it. In fact, about 10 years ago I would have gladly paid an extra $10 to have a shirt without the pocket - or looking like a blouse.

      • Yeah, can't stand the shirt pocket.

      • What doe people even do with the pocket ? What do you honestly put in there ?

        • +5

Something that you don't mind possibly falling into the toilet?

        • +4

Company ID inside the pocket with the lanyard still on the neck when stepping out of the office.

          @stevil: poo?

        • A dozen condoms for my lunch break.

          @stevil: Yer balls? Ahem…#engice?

        • @stevil: You mean like a waterproof phone?

Sadly, I need glasses for distance but can't wear them when reading. So a shirt pocket is very handy living in Brisvague-us.
I can park my glasses in the shirt pocket while on the bus perusing ozbargain on the old iPad. Then take them out again, unsmudged and unscratched when i need to see to get off the bus.

And for parking my lanyard dangling security card when leaving the office.

They are the only two things and occasions that require a shirt pocket, but they are important enough to get a shirt with a pocket. I have to loosen the tie to dangle the glasses by one of the arms when using my pocketless shirts. Not optimum.

        • doctors -> pen, torch, rest steth inside, notebook

    • Yes, I balked at $10 a pocket as well. $5 is reasonable, but I'll be looking elsewhere at current prices.

  • Bring back the TM Lewin special offers!

  • I switched all my shirts to Costco kirkland brand at $20 a pop. Before that I was TM Lewin but Costco quality is great

    • I bought a few of the Kirkland ones last year. Nice material but mine shrunk. Can't wear them without rolling up the sleeves now. :(

      • The Kirkland shirts are for bigger guys though. Didn't sit nicely at all on a slimmer guy.

Code CR10 gave me 10% discount on total + free shipping on their $35 shirts. So on 3 X $35 shirts the total (inc. shipping) was $94.50

  • Did they use to have 4 for $100?

    • no

    • 4 for 100 was Van Heusen.

Code doesn't seem to work with 'Slim fit cutaway collar non-iron twill white shirt' which is a standard business shirt.

Edit, ok, it works if you click on the link provided by the OP. I originally went to the Cash Rewards site first.

not working now, code box is blocked from input, wasted my 15 mins…

    • You don't use any "code box": you click the link provided and this gets you all shirts for $39.95. If you mean that you tried to use the above-mentioned "CR10" code as well, CT never allows you to stack coupon codes on top of their $39.95 offers.

      • it worked prior, however after I tried cashrewards they all have "Transmission Problems", then the code box was disabled. sometime to be true OZB is a trouble. I dont really need more shirts, so no regrets.

        • the CR10 worked again.

  • ohhh, one of my worse shopping experiences. I just want to re-order a shirt I bought 2 month ago. It's taken me 10 tries and still I can't checkout. The payment page times out, my account details don't appear, etc. etc. They need to fix their website. Anyone else with these issues? I have tried three browsers and two PCs.

    • +1

Never had any troubles. Maybe try their live chat. They are generally pretty helpful

    • +1

Bought twice from them in the last couple of months and never experienced such issues. Try another browser, or even better, another device.

    • +1

they recently shipped a package to my old address and i jumped on chat to sort it out and they claimed my billing address was still the old one (clearly wasn't / isn't as my account and the dispatch notice on their website all show my current address and only that address). so their website obviously has some odd problems. but they were happy to send me a new parcel so can't complain too much about the service…just wish i saw the CR10 or this deal as its a bit better than the coupon i used…and i forgot cash rewards too which happens far too frequently grrrrr.

      • Yesterday I used the online chat and was told to call them to place the order. Not ideal…

  • Bought a couple of their shirts a couple of years ago. Nice cut, but both tore near the elbows fairly quickly. Maybe I have sharp or unusually sized elbows? Like nasesco72 I have been buying Costco shirts of late. Better quality at a cheaper price.

  • Bought a shirt using OP's link today for 39.95 with free delivery.

It seems the deal is still active.

  • Despite link bringing up the 'offer', browsing the website reveals that only some of the shirts are $40, which is probably their normal pricing.

    • I found adding the $69 shirts to my cart made the price reduce to $40. Your mileage may vary

  • Edit: Posted on the wrong deal

  • Just Ordered Shirt and Polo to test my size. Thanks for the link.

  • I cant seem to get this deal. I click the link but the page I hit doesn't have the offer. Tried the coupon at checkout the $69.95 shirts but it doesn't work.
