They are 34 inch length, so most men would need to hem them or roll up the cuffs.

Visited Uniqlo Melbourne CBD today - the $9.99 price only applied to the skinny fit jeans.
The slim fit jeans were $19.99. (I purchased anyway).

If you look closely at the pic, the first and second column (white label) are $19.99, but the third one (grey label) is $9.99. All of them are slim fit.

From memory Uniqlo jeans all need to be tailored to the right length. Its free instore for their normal priced stuff. But not for their discounted lines, so better fire up the sewing machine if you want a pair for 10 bucks.
