"This listing (122048648283) has been removed, or this item isn't available."???

    • Try again link? No problem for me opening it.

  • This or the a6300 (nowhere near comparable on price)?

    • I don't think A6300 will be cheaper than $1000. Here's another kit which includes a 18-55 lens. As I'm travelling overseas in Sep, claiming the GST will give me a total price of less than $800. And it looks better than A6K3 IMHO.

      • Note that the 18-55 lens above has aperature f/2.8, which is rare for a kit lens. Incredible price I must say, better than A6300 with kit lens.

        • Exactly, it's an XF but not an XC! It's quite a pitty Fuji is not giving Cashback on the 18-55mm anymore. Just submit a pricematch request on Ted's official website to see if they can give me a silver one.

        • @rocklinsuv: Let me know if they do price match, I prefer the Silver one over Black one as well. Thanks

        • @Zackyis: Sure. Will post the result once they get back to me.

        • @rocklinsuv: I doubt they would price match the eBay sale. You could buy it then take it in store to exchange?

        • @jinxsphinx: Don't know yet, still waiting for their reply. But that's a good point!

        • @Zackyis: Hey bro I'm back. Unfortunately Ted's physical stores don't pricematch their eBay store. But according to @jinxsphinx's comment as well as their staff, you can always buy off from eBay and exchange in store (if you want the silver one). Also I've spoken to JB, Canberra centre. They're more than happy to give me 15% off $1400, maybe stackable with the 5% off voucher TOMORROW member only, makes it a 20% off?

        • @jinxsphinx: You're right. They don't price match their eBay store but can do the exchange. Also JB would like to give me 15% off, may be stackable with the 5% off member reward TOMORROW.

        • @rocklinsuv: Thanks for the update. I think I might just buy from Ted's then exchange for silver one. Btw, how do you become JB member? or is this just via the email subscribe?
Edit: Dw, just received the email from JB. Cheers

        • @Zackyis: Register an account online. That's it, and you'll recevie a lot of DickSmith-like emails from JB, which includes that kinda vouchers occasionally. I do have a question about claiming the GST. Since the kit is more than $1000, if I'm to let my Gf do that for me, does it have to include my GF's name (when I place an eBay order)? Any idea if it conflicts with Fuji's Cashback offer?

        • @rocklinsuv: If its via eBay, you'll have to message them afterwards and ask them to send you an invoice which contains the name of whoever is leaving the country. I'm assuming you are buying from Teds, so you can just call them up or online chat them on their website and ask for an invoice for your eBay purchase. Does not affect Fujifilm Cashback offer. I did this last Christmas for my Fujifilm XF23mm lens, no problems with cashback or GST rebate.

        • @Zackyis: Correct me if I'm wrong. So I just use my name to buy from Ted's on eBay. After they confirm the order, let them re-send me a new invoice of the GST claimant. Then use the original invoce came with the camera for Cashback. Is that all?

Top little camera at a great price. Bought from Teds a year ago and it's pretty much replaced my 5DII 90% of the time.
The lenses are not cheap but they're excellent quality… and with a variety of $10 ebay adapters you can use a variety of quality vintage lenses with the Fuji's excellent pixel peaking feature to ensure you get perfectly sharp results. Winner.

I would wait for deal on the XT-1 since the Xt-2 is coming out.

    • I was thinking like that but the X-T2 is retailing at $2,300 so not really a direct replacement to X-T1 so not sure it'll drop much. Hopefully but who knows

  • looking at one of these, wondering if i should upgrade my x-e1 for this?

    • The picture quality is basically the same, but this camera is much more user friendly IMHO. The autofocus, for one thing, is night and day between those two.

      • thanks. probably not worth the buy then just yet. optimally waiting for a drop in the x-t1 in price.

ebay says "This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing."

    • Still this kit is available: link

      • this deal is available for $1065 on camerasky.
        https://www.camerasky.com.au/fujifilm-x-t10-kit-with-18-55mm…

        • Yeah it looks cheaper but you can't claim the $200 cashback when buying from Camera Sky :) link

          And they can't pricematch either.

          Hi there!
          Thanks for your enquiry.
Unfortunately we are not able to price match with Ted's eBay store offer.
Our best price is $1269 before cash back. We have very limited stock of the X-T10 and only in silver. We do have stock of the lens.

        • @rocklinsuv: thanks for that. Yeah unfortunately no cash back from camerasky.
