      It's only for Amex issued cards not Bank issued Amex card

      Can't seem to find it on my Platinum Edge..Went down to "Offers & Places" and it says "There are currently no new offers available for this Card."

        They are really competitve if you can find a cheaper price that they'll either generally beat it or match it.

      I price compared them for a stay at a resort in Phuket we are looking at. Expedia/Booking was $137 a night, AMEX was $119 a night and Cheap tickets with 18% coupon code was $109 a night. However AMEX seem to offer very little information on rooms which would make me hesitant to book with them.

      I've found them to be better than booking.com for hotels and better than car rental websites too.

    Weird - I got this in my email, and when I clicked on the link in the email to enrol for the offer, I got the following error message:
    "Oops, our records show that you have already enrolled in this offer. We limit the number of times that a Card Member can enrol in each offer."
    even though I have never before enrolled for that offer.

    I also get the same error message when I tried the manual enrol link.

    I then tried logging in to my account, and the offer is nowhere to be seen in My Offers.

    For reference, I have the Velocity Escape card.

    Checked the price of a hotel I was thinking of stating at. It was about $50 more to book through amex than to book direct so I didn't bother.

    Will wait for the hotel to discount further (Accor hotels).
